These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AllSplit mobile app and related services. By creating an account or using AllSplit, you agree to these Terms.
AllSplit provides tools to record shared expenses, split amounts among participants, and track settlement status. AllSplit does not provide banking, money remittance, or payment processing between users’ bank accounts.
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your country and meet any minimum age requirements applicable to you.

You retain rights to content you submit (such as split details and bill images). You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate AllSplit.
Amounts shown in AllSplit are tracking records between participants. Any real-world payment is arranged directly between users outside the app. We are not responsible for unpaid balances or disputes between users.
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change as we improve the product.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllSplit and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including disputes over shared expenses.
You may stop using the app at any time and request account deletion via Delete Account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and is part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
